Hotel Asteria is proud to offer comfortable rooms for Conferences, Residential Seminars and Board Meetings from 2 up to 70 guests. We also have an experience of holding reception drinks, presentations, tastings and fashion shows. The restaurant is located on the on the ground floor with windows overlooking the Fontanka River. The restaurant can also be transformed into a meeting room for 20 people or more.
For the events up to 30 people you will be comfortable in Assambleya Hall which is also located on the ground floor next to the business center and the concierge. During the event you will be able to make photocopies, to scan, to use your laptop or one of our computers with the internet access as well as fax or e-mail all the necessary documentation. In addition we will be happy to offer our restaurant services in organization of coffee-breaks, banquets, lunches, dinners and reception drinks. Also you will be able to order transfer as well as the services of an interpreter, or to book rooms in our hotel for your guests or partners.
You will be provided with a manager who will help you in organizing an event and who will be able to take into consideration all the details, to find the answers to any questions and to coordinate various departments of the hotel that are engaged in preparation to the event.
